The venue was always tidy, had outstanding location and food. I enjoyed a functional decor and beautiful furniture. They made my stay restful. Near a motorway, nice really quiet area. Also, a shopping mall was 2 km away.
Downside was the air conditioner which was a bit noisy.

Deluxe hotel, we greatly enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone, especially front-of-house staff. We got deluxe quadruple room at good prices. Nice base for exploring Whitby.
